Ingredients :
4 tablespoonful reduced fat coconut milk
Fresh Lemon Juice, to taste
1 pineapple, cubed
1 bananas
blood oranges
1 tablespoonful honey
coriander leaves
Cooking Direction :
Mix the coconut milk, honey and the lemon juice
Toss the fruits in the coconut dressing
serve cool or at room temperature
garnish with coriander leaves
