Italian Chicken Soup ( Low Fat )

Italian Chicken Soup, one recipe from Italian Food style which Low fat. Serve warm and give your family a healthy food for dinner.



Ingredients :

1 tablespoonful olive oil

1 red bell pepper, cubed

1 onion, chopped

3 large garlic cloves, chopped

1 tablespoonful dried basil

1 carrot, diced

2 teaspoonful fennel seeds

1/4 teaspoonful dried crushed red pepper flakes

6 cups tinned fat-free low-sodium chicken broth

2 medium zucchini, cubed

1 (8 ounce) package mini farfalle

1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, cubed



Cooking Direction :


Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat
Add bell pepper, onion, garlic, basil, fennel seeds, and crushed red pepper. Saute till vegetables soften, about 10 minutes


Add broth. Cover pot and simmer about 10 minutes

Add zucchini, carrot. Simmer till carrot tender, about 5 minutes


Increase heat to high and bring soup to boil

Add pasta and boil till tender, about 5 minutes

Add chicken and cook till heated through, about 1 minute.


add salt and pepper, season

Remove the soup into a bowl


Serve warm
